Chairman and CEO of Apollon Formularies, plc (AQUS:APOL), a publicly traded global medical cannabis and medicinal mushroom pharmaceutical company headquartered in London, UK. Also, a Medical Doctor for 35 years, Former Chairman and CEO of both private and publicly traded biotech/pharmaceutical companies, and an inventor on more than 80 award-winning international patents primarily involving artificial intelligence and cancer (a number of these patents were licensed to Pfizer, Abbott, Quest DIagnostics, LabCorp, Neogenomics and others and some of these patents were acquired by Johnson and Johnson). In addition, I oversee all medical aspects of our federally licensed and university based Jamaican affiliates, Apollon Formularies Jamaica, Ltd. and CITIVA Jamaica (a recent Apollon aquisition originally started by Josh Stanley, Co-Founder of Charlottes Web) including cultivation, processing, artificial intelligence based formulation discovery, manufacturing, pre-clinical testing, and clinical trials for medical cannabis and medicinal mushrooms. I am the inventor of 4 recent international PCT patent applications combining the therapeutic effects of cannabis and mushrooms together with data recently supported by independent, 3rd party, successful 3D cell culture preclinical testing at BIOENSIS in the US, for breast cancer and prostate cancer among other cancers. Apollon recently opened the first International Cancer and Chronic Pain Institute (ICCPI) in Jamaica which currently accepts international patients and Jamaicans seeking treatments including medical cannabis and medicinal mushroom therapeutics in a safe, federally legal environment supervised by a team of Jamaican licensed physicians (neurosurgeon, oncologist, palliative care specialist, surgeon, dermatologist, psychiatrist, and family practitioner) all with additional special expertise utilizing our unique line of natural treatments. Apollon's medical cannabis and medicinal mushroom products with associated preclinical and clinical data are available for approved international legal export and Apollon recently signed an agreement to export our products to South Africa.
